Bastion Quay Westmeath

The Bastion Quay development site is located on the western banks of the River Shannon, to the south of the existing six-storey Bastion Quay apartments, and to the north of Big Meadow. A landmark development site, it overlooks the banks of the River Shannon and Shannon Weir, Bastion Quay is located directly opposite the River from Burgess Park and the Golden Island Shopping Centre.

This development site will have clear uninterrupted views over the River Shannon, and landscape views to the south over Big Meadow and an expansive green/open recreational space along the west bank of the River Shannon. The east and north of the site overlook the River Shannon, Shannon Weir and the Marina up to Athlone Town Centre and Custom Place Bridge.
